Discovery of 5,000 year old jawbone

A fragment of a 5,000 year old human jawbone has been discovered on Prince Edward Island. The bone is from an Indigenous woman, an island archaeologist says it’s historical proof that the Mi’kmaq people have called this place home for thousands of years. We speak with Dr. Helen Kristmanson, the Senior archaeologist at L’nuey and to Jenene Wooldridge, the Executive Director of L’nuey.
